  1. We use third-party delivery platform such as GrabExpress to deliver your order. The rider's details will be shared with you once the order has been picked up.
  2. Sudden cancelation and address amendment are NOT allowed once your order is picked up.
  3. The delivery fee is calculated by the third-party platform based on the address you provided.
  4. Delivery slot: 11am-3pm or 3pm-6pm.
  5. Due to unexpected circumstances, such as rider's availability, traffic and weather condition, we can only provide an estimated time.
  6. Please note that if you're unreachable, the rider may leave your order at reception/drop-off area/guardhouse. In such cases, the delivery will be considered complete and non-refundable, regardless of the condition of your order.
  7. If your order is returned to us by rider, we will charge an additional fee to deliver your order , or you may schedule a pick-up time with us.
  8. Gelato melts! We cannot be held responsible if your order is returned to us in poor condition due to unsuccessful delivery attempt.
  9. Do contact us if needed, we will do our best to accomodate.

  1. Kami mengguna platform penghantaran seperti GrabExpress untuk penghantran. Butiran rider akan dikongsi dengan anda setelah pesanan diambil.
  2. Pembatalan tiba-tiba dan pindaan alamat TIDAK dibenarkan setelah pesanan anda diambil oleh rider.
  3. Caj penghantaran dihitung oleh platform penghantaran berdasarkan alamat yang anda berikan.
  4. Jadual penghantaran: 11am-3pm or 3pm-6pm.
  5. Oleh kerana keadaan yang tidak dijangka, seperti ketersediaan rider, kesesakan lalu lintas dan keadaan cuaca, kami hanya dapat memberikan jangkaan waktu masa.
  6. Jika anda tidak dapat dihubungi, rider mungkin meninggalkan pesanan anda di kawasan resepsi/drop-off/guardhouse. Dalam kes ini, penghantaran akan dianggapkan lengkap dan tidak boleh dikembalikan, tanpa mengirai keadaan pesanan anda.
